About
TEDRA Labs is one person: Grant Buchanan. Before this, I spent years in retail — close enough to the floor to see exactly where the time goes: the customer service that never stops, the same manual processes that run a hundred times a week, the follow-ups that slip because nobody has a free hour to send them. That's where the judgment comes from. I know which of those leaks are worth plugging and which aren't — and the ones worth plugging are exactly what automation is for.
Most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need someone to find the right problem and build the thing that actually solves it. That's the job. I don't diagram your problem and leave. I build the fix, ship it, and watch it run.
