About
TEDRA is one person: Grant Buchanan. Before this, I spent years in retail — close enough to the floor to see exactly where the time goes: the customer service that never stops, the same manual processes that run a hundred times a week, the follow-ups that slip because nobody has a free hour to send them. That's where the judgment comes from. I know which of those leaks are worth plugging and which aren't — and the ones worth plugging are exactly what automation is for.
Most businesses don't need more AI tools. They need someone to find the right problem and build the thing that actually solves it. That's the job. I don't diagram your problem and leave. I build the fix, ship it, and watch it run.

Daily Operations Report
Overnight pull of every store's conversations→Who is still waiting, and where→One-page email at 7 AM
A 12-store retailer had customer conversations spread across every location and no way to see who was still waiting on a reply. Every morning this pulls the previous day's conversations from their messaging platform, works out what is unanswered and at which store, and emails a one-page report to the owner and the ops lead before the doors open. Running every day since August 2026.

A furniture liquidator receives truckloads of new, boxed pieces and needed them online without typing listings by hand. One trigger-pull on a handheld scanner reads the box barcode, identifies the piece, looks up its retail price, and creates a priced draft listing with a photo in their Shopify store, tagged for a quick human check. Proven on the warehouse floor; their store launched on it in September 2026.

The same liquidator has to show a partner that every inbound carton arrived and what shape it was in. This runs on the same warehouse scanner: scan the carton, shoot the photos, and the system files them against the tracking number and appends a row to the shared spreadsheet the partner reads. Queues offline on the dock, with a void-and-correct path for mistakes.
